How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the product and your location. International shipments may take a bit longer, and you'll always be informed with a tracking code after purchase.

What if I don't like the product? Can I return it?

Yes! You have up to 7 days after receiving the product to request a return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. Just contact our team and we'll guide you through the process.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Don’t worry. We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects. If this happens, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, along with photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it promptly.

I bought more than one item but only received one. Why?

Some products are shipped from different suppliers and may arrive separately, on different dates. Don’t worry – all your items will be delivered.
